Pricing

Minimum Appointment — $150

Includes:

• Travel (first 15 miles)
• Machine setup
• Consultation
• Up to one hour on-site
• One engraving up to 15” × 15”

Additional Time — $125/hour, billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour.

Travel — First 15 miles included. Beyond 15 miles: $1.25 per mile.

Large Engravings — Over 15” × 15”: +$20 for each additional alignment section.

Additional Logos — +$20 each.

Artwork Preparation — Same pricing as the Mail-In Service: simple cleanup +$10, photo converted into engraving +$20, custom artwork creation starting at $35.

Please provide: business or customer name, project address, photos of the item, material type, approximate engraving dimensions, artwork upload, preferred appointment date, estimated quantity, and any special requests.

• Wood (Maple, Walnut, Oak, Cherry, Pine, Birch, Bamboo, MDF, Plywood) — beautiful permanent engravings
• Leather — vegetable-tanned and genuine leather recommended
• Cork — excellent engraving material
• Slate — crisp frosted engravings
• Stone — marble, granite and similar natural stone
• Glass — frosted engravings
• Cast Acrylic — recommended
• Extruded Acrylic — compatible
• Anodized Aluminum — excellent results
• Powder-Coated Metal — excellent for drinkware and coated products
• Painted Metal — results depend on paint type

Limited Compatibility: Stainless Steel (surface marking only), Bare Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Carbon Steel.

Approval Required: Plastic and Rubber (customer specifies type), Other / Not Sure (customer uploads photos). We do not accept PVC, vinyl, chlorinated plastics, or other unsafe materials.
